I work as an organisational director, leadership specialist consultant, leadership researcher, and adjunct professor. I am also a full-time single dad. Divorced and single for 14 years with two older teenage children living with me full time. 18 hours days every day and life is very hectic as you can imagine. I love good conversation, nice coffee, walks, philosophy, history, neuroscience, learning, health and well-being, and being present in moments. Emotional intelligence is so important as IQ does not help with the understanding of life and personal skills.
